weekly each Monday (with the exception of holidays)
throughout the school year. Please send information
to Anita
Claiborne-Loy at the Andrew Johnson Building,
M-100, or fax to 594-1907. Articles are due by 3:00
p .m. Monday for the following Monday's publication
date.
Bulletins available in pdf format: This online version of the
Administrative Bulletin is a pdf file of the original Administrative
Bulletin mailed to all school system employees.
Any employee or individual needing a printed copy
should download and print this version. Schools
may print and distribute this copy as well. |

How to make a submission
1. Administrative Bulletin articles should be submitted in Microsoft
Word using Times New Roman 10 point type.
2. Attach the article to an E-mail to Anita
Claiborne (claiborna1@k12tn.net)
3.Article should be sent no later than 3:00 p.m.
Monday for the following Monday’s issue date, unless
you are notified differently. |

posted to the KCS web site prior to the actual publication/distribution
date, usually on the Wednesday or Thursday preceding publication
date. NOTE: This is the last issue of the bulletin for
the 2007-08 school year . The next issue will be August 11, 2008 which
is also the first day for students.
