Strategic Compensation background, resources
Through Race to the Top and Innovation Acceleration Fund grant dollars, Knox County Schools has over $10 million for additional compensation to teachers and potentially other employees. These grants require that we develop a plan to distribute these monies based on inputs and outcomes that support higher student achievement
